Introducing Admins Box To You
Admin's Box is a public forum, open to everyone that want's to discuss their needs for administration. We focus on helping new and possibly even experienced administrators build up their skills and knowledge to learn all they need to know about using either a website, forum or even a blog. The aim of the forum is to help progress many of other admins knowledge and skills as mentioned above, but we feel the need that admins aren't getting enough persuasion to make their forum better but with many sections and services to choose from we can help you in every way, the quickest and fastest ways yet.

Please read these rules before posting on the Admin's Box forum. They are written to provide a framework within which members can administrate with passion and punch. By posting on the forums you agree to abide by these rules and by the spirit of the Admin's Box.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Account Details & Information - Members MUST NOT publish any of their account details such as password's, e-mail addresses, credit card details etc. We do not take this for granted but if you get caught publishing any private detail's they will be removed from the board as quick as possible and you will be spoken to and warned not ever to do it again. We ask this for any special rights incase that anyone gets hold of you and you maybe threatened, or have abuse thrown at you, so we ask you not to publish any private account detail's and information for your own purpose.

Avatar's & Signature - Having an avatar and signature is a privilege to this board and we will treat it as a luxury as it can easily be moved with one or two clicks. We let you have avatar's to either describe your mood's or anything else, we ask to keep a good size for it and please do not post anything under the lines of pornography/nudity, or severely violent images or anything that can offend a member easily. We ask you to keep your signature at a five hundred length character limit to help prevent spam. Please do not post links to warez, phishers/anything that may affect there software or anything else that can prevent anything bad. Please keep a limit of 3 images in your signatures not unless it is a small image but please keep your signature clean and treat it with respect. If you get caught uploading or posting anything of above that can be violating our rules you will be banned for a temporarily amount of time and may not see the light's of the forum again.

Personal Messaging - To get in touch with contacts easier we bring you Personal Messaging, where you can buy/sell or trade items, discuss anything new, etc. Treat this feature with respect as we can remove your rights and you will not be allowed to use this feature. Please do not threaten a member through Personal Messaging, do not post links that may trick members into something that they may not like even for a laugh. Please do not post links to your site repeatedly as it will get irritating and you will be getting dealt with straight away. You will be severely warned, then possibly banned appending on the situation that you have caused. If you ever experience this do not let it continue as we can help you in every way.

STAFF RIGHTS & MODERATION

Staff Members - The Admin's Box has a group of highly experienced well worked and cooperative staff team who are always willing to help you with anything. Our team tries to take time to listen to your suggestion, problems and anything that you insist of asking them, and they are always willing to help you in whatever way your situation will tend to. If you ever feel the need that you have a problem with a member, then you can contact a member of the Management Team and they will see how we can deal with your situation.

Moderation - If our staff members feel the need for a post to be locked, moved or deleted we give them the right to do that as they will have a good particular reason. We do not give them the powers to go and bribe off and delete posts or use any of their powers for no reason, and if you see a member not using their powers properly, then contact us straight away and we will deal with the situation in a high professional standard.

Backseat Moderation - We thank you that you look out for the forum and point out what must be moved, locked or deleted, but we would like to think that staff can do their jobs without getting a bad compliment each minute, so we would like to ask that if you would let staff do their job and do not interfere with their work.

General Structure & Generalities


Language, Abusive Text & Racism - We approach these three aspects very seriously, so we advise you not to do it as you can be reported to your I.P address, or police suppending how serious we treat it. We do not accept any offensive language, such a threatening any person about either their looks, religion or anything. That goes under the content of racism and abusive text and these aspects will be taken seriously even if they are for a laugh as the victim may be offended by it. Also we do not accept flaming, word's that go under the lines of swearing or anything else that uses inappropriate language text. We do not expect much of this, but we warn you not to as yet again we take this situation very seriously.

Topic & Posting - We thank you for planning to post at our board but can you please follow these steps to make posting easier for you and others to use. We only allow a limit of 4 smilies per post, and 3 images per-post not unless your posting previews in our Graphic Proposals section, if you get caught doing this in any other various places they will be removed and you will be told not to do it again, if you continue to do this to annoy the staff you will be warned. Please could you make your posts as detailed as possible and posts containing either below five words will be deleted without notice not unless it is necessary. Please keep your language in the posts appropriate, you can see the rules about in appropriate text just above, or consequences take place. Please keep posts clean and clear or they will be cleaned up, also keep primula English grammar too, and do not speak in a text that many members may not understand. Spam is also another issue and we ask you not to post repeatedly we mark this as spam and you will be warned.

Warning & Bans - If you feel that you should reject the reason you were either warned or banned, if you were warned and feel that you shouldn't have been please message someone on the Management Team and we will see what kind of situation. Once you are banned, we ban you for a period of time, and we will think of the decision to see if you shall be allowed back and you will be contacted via the e-mail that you registered with us.
