Freeware Host's?

What do you guys personal think of freeware host's such as FreeForums.org, ForuMotion etc?

I personally think that ForuMotion is a great freeware host but probably could be doing with tad little changes, what's your opinion's on this.

I don't like them. Their server isn't that good.

I hate free forum hosting, especially forumotion, there support is crap and I could list 1000 things crap about them but I'd be here all day.

Free is free no matter how you look at it, you can't ask alot from free forum or website hosting. Granted some free hosters offer alot, but really can't ask for alot.

Freeforums is a bit boring. It doesn't have anything good on it.
